Happy Heel-O-Ween Tar Heels!

Halloween is just around the corner, and campus is buzzing with fun events for students to participate in to celebrate the spooky atmostphere! Here's a roundup of some haunting happenings occuring in the next few days:

Stay Active with Campus Rec

Spend the evening dancing, climbing, playing basketball, and doing other fun activites at the Rams Head Rec Center. Halloween Rec After Dark will take place Friday, Oct. 28. from 8 to 11pm. Come in your costume!

Halloween Spooktacular Show

Celebrate with the Carrboro community for a Wild Mind Improv Show! There will be a special prize for the winner of a costume contest. Come to the Arts Center in Carrboro on Oct. 29 from 6-7pm for a spooky evening.

"Tar Heel Terror" Halloween Festival

Celebrate Halloween Eve with food, games, and giveaways with CUAB. Come with your friends to the Pit and Gift Plaza on Sunday afternoon, Oct. 30, to enjoy the spooky festivities! While you're there, take part in the Scavenger Hunt in Dey Hall for a chance at a grand prize.

Lastly, Stay Safe!

If you are going out for some Halloween festivities, remember to take care and minimize safety risks! Make a plan with your friends (Which activities are you comfortable with? How will you get home?), trust your gut, and follow these strategies from Healthy Heels if you plan on drinking.
