Meet Desirée Rieckenberg, our dean of students. As a first-generation undergraduate and graduate student who centers students’ needs, she and her team empower Tar Heels to make the best decisions for themselves. Carolina’s students can find individualized support and resources specific to their needs - all by simply contacting the Dean of Students team. Students can even submit a Care Referral for your fellow Tar Heels - it's all part of the role we all play in fostering compassion and care for our community.
