UCS Career Survey for Graduating Seniors

May 4, 2021 | |

Every year at this time, University Career Services (UCS) surveys May graduates (receiving bachelor’s degrees) about their initial career plans and outcomes. The information gathered is critical in identifying those who may need continued UCS assistance, according to Tierney Bates, interim executive director of UCS.

"The survey captures data that helps us tell a complete story to current and prospective students and their families about the common career paths our students take, top employers, and average compensation," said Bates. "The data is also used by Institutional Research for school ranking publications, such as US News and World Report, Princeton Review and others, and accreditation reports."

UCS is asking graduating seniors to complete the survey before they graduate. By completing the survey, students will be entered to win a $250 Amazon gift card (courtesy of Handshake). All personal information is protected, and results are only shared in aggregate form.

University Career Services is urging students who may still be job seeking or searching for a graduate program to schedule an appointment with their staff for help.
