Zoom for Outlook Integration – Setup and Use Instructions
Information on how to create and manage zoom meetings from within Outlook. In 2024, Zoom ended support for their “Outlook plugin” and this document explains how to transition to the Microsoft provided Zoom for Outlook extension.

Compliance Training
Student Affairs staff may be required to take some or all of the following training courses before being granted access to data and to be in-compliance with regulations.
FERPA
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) training is required by the University Registrar for any individuals who have access to student education records. This training is also a prerequisite to access the Student section of ConnectCarolina (PeopleSoft). HIPAA (annual)
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act training is an annual requirement for anyone with access to this class of data.
ITS Security Awareness (annual)
This training is a general IT security overview for all users.
PCI (annual)
The Payment Card Industry training is for any individuals who may handle or deal with credit card transactions on behalf of UNC-CH.
SAI
The UNC System Administrators Initiative (SAI) is required for IT staff who manage or administer servers with sensitive data. The goal is to ensure they have a common understanding of IT security and procedures at UNC-CH.
