Joyce Malanda is a sophomore student pursuing a degree in Psychology with a minor in African American and Diaspora Studies on the Pre-Medical track. Joyce works with Boomerang alongside middle and high school students in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro area through academic and emotional support. Joyce currently assists with after-school tutoring, as well as coordinating or leading workshops. Joyce plays a major role in parent evaluations and other tasks at Boomerang.
