Two ways to access the survey
Our community strives to make Carolina better — and undergraduates can be part of this process. Receive one Campus Life Experience (CLE) requirement credit by completing the Carolina Experience Survey, done in partnership with the Student Experience in the Research University (SERU) survey.

This survey is a way for you to provide confidential feedback on your experience as a student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In the past, the results of the survey have been used to identify areas for growth and improvement at Carolina, and to make comparisons among ourselves and other top U.S. research universities.
This survey will take approximately 20-25 minutes to complete. You can take the survey on your desktop or mobile device. You will have the ability to save your responses and return to the survey if needed.
In appreciation for your participation in this survey, students who complete the survey by June 16, 2026, will receive one CLE requirement credit. After clicking the submit button at the end of the survey, your completion will be recorded to process your CLE credit. No separate QR code scan is required — submitting the survey serves as verification.
