Screen Time Well Spent: A Screening of Children of Men
What should we still care about if there will be no future generations? What does the film show about human attention in a time of spiritual and moral decay?
Join us for a screening of Alfonso Cuarón’s Children of Men (2006). Professor Rory Hanlon (UNC Philosophy) will introduce the film and lead a discussion afterward.
Pizza and popcorn will be provided, and all are welcome!
Hosted by the UNC Philosophy Department and co-sponsored by UNC’s Educating for the Virtues of Attention (EVA).
