Languages Programs Fair

The Languages Programs fair is an opportunity for students to learn more about the importance of global languages and how they can use them in their future careers and to contribute to their personal growth. We will have advisors and student ambassadors and language club members from five different departments: Romance Studies, German and Slavic Languages and Literatures, African, African-American, and Diaspora Studies, Asian and Middle Eastern Studies, and Classics. Each table will have brochures and interest sign-up sheets for different initiatives associated with different languages and departments (conversation hours, film series, etc.) We will have music playing from the different national traditions associated with the languages as well as food from our different nations and cultures represented.
