Introduction to QGIS

QGIS is one of the most widely used open source GIS software platforms, with a range of applications that include business analytics, natural and health sciences, transportation, and more. Its suite of tools offers capabilities for data visualization, data management, spatial analysis, map creation, and more. This hands-on course for beginners will provide an overview of QGIS, including its layout and capabilities. Topics covered will include importing geographic data, styling and symbolizing data, querying and selecting data, making basic maps, and more!
