Join us for a conversation between musicologist Dr. Naomi André and composer Gabriela Lena Frank.
Frank’s Conquest Requiem will have its North Carolina premiere the following evening by the UNC Symphony Orchestra, UNC Chamber Singers, and Carolina Choir with soloists LaToya Lain and Andrew Garland. Frank’s music can also be heard live on Friday evening, during the Intimate Voices concert in Moeser Auditorium at 7:30 pm.
