Campaigns and Funds

Accessibility Resources & Service(ARS) provides services and accommodations to students with disabilities or medical conditions that may impact their abilities to independently meet the demands of university life. Gifts to this fund allow ARS to work with faculty, staff, and departments across the university to assure that the programs and facilities are accessible to all students in the university community.

Campus Health Services partners with the University community to provide expert, student- centered, inclusive and comprehensive health care and wellness promotion to support academic success. Gifts to this fund will allow CHS to help build skills for a healthy lifetime by fostering resiliency and mastery of self- care in a global environment.

When you support the Campus Y, you are investing in student leadership and learning with a global impact.  As the largest student organization on campus, there is constant need for increased funding to support the student-led leadership and service programs in areas such as youth mentoring, race relations and human rights.

University Career Services depends on the support of valued employers to help us better serve our students. Much of the programming and outreach offered by UCS is made possible by the generous contributions of Carolina Career Partners. You are invited to become a Carolina Career Partner to increase your visibility on campus and support the important programs and services University Career Services provides to UNC students.

Gifts to this fund allow Carolina Leadership Development to offer a variety of programs, services, and academic courses for everyone interested in leadership at the university. Acting on the idea that anyone can be a leader, CLD programs and academic courses are designed for students with varying levels of leadership experience. These programs also challenge participants to expand their understanding of their own leadership potential.

As one of the country's premier universities, Carolina continues to regard parental support as a crucial piece of student success. Your gift allows New Student and Family Programs and Student Affairs to provide a number of programs, publications and services to our students, fostering their success and learning, while also allowing NSFP to continue to be YOUR office on campus.

The office strives to provide advice, services, and programs that ensure that all the members of fraternities and sororities have a high-quality, safe undergraduate fraternal experience that reinforces our founding principles: scholarship, community service, campus involvement, and sisterhood/brotherhood.

The LGBTQ Center works to foster a safe, inclusive environment for community members of all sexual orientations, gender identities and gender expressions. Gifts to The Center all the LGBTQ center to continue to provide a centralized and visible space to serve the needs of LGBTQ students and issues related to sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expressions.

Emergencies and unplanned events can leave students in financial difficulties that affect their personal and academic lives. The Student Emergency Fund is available to assist enrolled students facing a financial emergency, excluding tuition-related expenses.

These Funds provide for business related needs of the Student Housing Operation on the University campus, related to services to the students. The Department of Housing and Residential Education creates an inclusive on-campus housing environment that promotes personal development, citizenship, involvement and leadership. Nearly half of the undergraduate student body lives on campus.

Gifts will support Career Services as it guides students in choosing majors, planning careers and finding internships and jobs. With a “high-tech, high-touch” model, using state of the art technology, Career Services makes information available and processes easy for students and employers, while  providing personalized one-on-one service.

This account will be used to provide funding to support activities to enhance the life of the student which they may not otherwise have the ability to do. A gift to this fund will allow the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs to support premier student programs and provide new and innovative experiences outside of the classroom.
