Original Yoga practices were made to help one control their thoughts and actions through raising awareness and self-regulation. Yoga from ancient India was originally meant for the mind before it was popularized as a physical activity. The UNC Bhakti Yoga club is working to help students experience these same fulfilling feelings through mindful meditation. \nThe Bhakti Yoga Club is committed to creating a stress-relieving and welcoming environment.
