DESCRIPTION:Settling the Mind: A Meditation Workshop\n\nWhen the mind’s usual distracting thoughts are allowed to settle through meditation\, a feeling of peace and clarity naturally arises. Join us for an hour of explanation and guided practice of Buddhist meditation\, followed by informal conversation over free lunch. \nThis workshop will be led by Kadam Ethan Lechner\, Resident Teacher of Chapel Hill’s Kosala Kadampa Buddhist Center.
