Robert Harling’s 1971 play constructs a sacred space\, a haven for women of a community\, where they can be themselves and more. Explore three activity-based stations and reflect or anticipate your experience with the show!\n \nPlease note that this free workshop is intended for those also attending a performance of Steel Magnolias at PlayMakers. UNC Student tickets for the performance are just $10 and must be purchased ahead. DESCRIPTION:Spring Charity Concert\n\nJoin us April 25 at Little Frat Court for a charity concert featuring Stop Light Observations with student bands TBD\, Out of Gas\, and Lily Room opening the show. Music starts at 5 PM\, with three opening sets leading up to Stop Light Observations headlining from 8–9:30 PM. The night will also feature food trucks\, photography\, merch\, and more\, bringing the student body together for an unforgettable night while raising money for charity. Ticket proceeds support the student-led organizations Stomp Out Hunger and the UNC Center of Excellence for Eating Disorders.
