DESCRIPTION:Public Opening of “Ancestral Frequencies: Selected Works by the MFA Class of 2026”\n\nJoin the Ackland Art Museum in celebrating the opening of Ancestral Frequencies: Selected Works by the MFA Class of 2026! \nEach year the Ackland invites a local arts professional to curate a group exhibition of works by UNC-Chapel Hill’s Master of Fine Arts in Studio Arts candidates. For 2026\, Annah Lee\, cultural center manager for the Town of Holly Springs\, will select works by participating artists Rojano Mohammadzadeh\, CJ Murphy\, Michelle Lisa Polissaint\, Iris Moyan Wang\, and Wendy Yamilett. \nWe will be celebrating the opening with small bites and themed mocktails.
