The study looks at what helps—and what disrupts—students’ ability to feel present\, mentally engaged\, and focused in classes\, study spaces\, campus environments\, and co-curricular activities. Your perspective will directly inform ongoing research on student experience at UNC. \nParticipants will attend one 60-minute focus group with 6–8 other students\, facilitated by trained graduate researchers. The session is a guided but conversational discussion designed to surface honest insight. No preparation is required. Focus groups will be held in a UNC classroom; the specific location will be shared after registration.
