Bob Locke, a doctorate in Higher Education Administration, has been the director of the International Center since 1989. He was previously employed in international education at Cornell University and the George Washington University. Bob has taught in U.S., Asia and Africa, all levels K-12, college, and adult learning. Bob has volunteered with the Peace Corps in Malaysia and Uganda.
