Scott Hudson, Associate Director at the Carolina Union, was recently honored with the Employee Forum's Unsung Hero Award. This award recognizes those who make outstanding contributions to their communities and to the people of the State of North Carolina. For over a decade, Scott has been a foster parent to numerous children in the area. In 1999 and again in 2002, as a result of the positive experiences Scott and his wife had, they adopted two of these children. The willingness to open his home to foster children and the compassion Scott illustrated to them, makes him a very deserving candidate of this award. Please join the Carolina Union in congratulating Scott on his honor.
