Student Services Team (SST)

The student services team focuses on identification, review, planning and enhancement of services provided to students on the Carolina campus. Initiatives include examination of university department functions, quality of service evaluation, service/process redesign, application and enhancement of technology solutions, and service accessibility.

The work of the Student Services Team has been placed on hold due to time constraints and other priorities during this Interim phase.
